Project Accountant

What you'll do

• Support general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close
• track job costs and prepare project financial reporting
• process progress and time-and-materials billing and invoicing
• manage accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• maintain WIP schedules and cost reporting
• coordinate payroll and labor tracking
• support subcontractor compliance, audits, and financial documentation.
