What you'll do

• Provide Tier 3 escalation for complex VMS incidents and major outages
• troubleshoot application, server, storage, and network layers
• conduct and document root-cause analysis and corrective or preventive actions
• lead incident bridge calls during critical security-impacting events
• administer VMS platforms including Genetec Security Center and Surveill
• optimize recording policies, failover, and storage performance
• conduct health audits and capacity planning
• troubleshoot Windows Server and network performance
• support VMS testing integrated with analytics
• maintain SOPs and user guides
• perform upgrades and patching
• work with Tier 2 engineers.
