What you'll do

• Greet patients
• manage check-in and check-out, insurance verification, and co-pay collection
• schedule appointments and follow-ups
• submit and track prior authorizations
• answer calls and patient inquiries
• maintain HIPAA-compliant EHR records
• keep the front office organized
• assist with emergency response protocols
• if MA certified, perform allergy skin testing, PFTs, FeNO testing, injections, vital-sign monitoring, patient education, and clinical support as described.
