What you'll do

• Lead daily kitchen operations and execute established systems and standards
• manage kitchen performance, food quality, presentation, and timing
• implement menu rollouts and system updates
• manage food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance
• recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members
• partner with the General Manager on execution and guest experience.
