Team Leader

What you'll do

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts
• model guest service and teamwork
• assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• uphold food quality, service speed, cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• coach and train team members
• help resolve guest concerns
• communicate with managers and team members.
