What you'll do

• Execute local marketing and community outreach
• build a prospective founding-member pipeline
• coordinate events and presale activities
• recruit, onboard, and develop instructors and studio leads
• establish operating processes, schedules, staffing plans, and standards
• coordinate launch readiness, vendors, and equipment
• drive membership sales and presale campaigns
• monitor conversion metrics and launch KPIs
• provide updates to ownership
• complete instructor training and teach an average of 6–8 classes weekly
• maintain an in-studio presence during at least 25 class times weekly.
