What you'll do

  • Conduct weekly 90-minute meetings with families on a roster of up to 12
  • provide developmental, social, and nutritional information
  • help parents set goals and model parenting and educational activities
  • develop Partnership Agreements and referrals
  • arrange health and dental screenings and vaccinations
  • provide resource referrals and advocacy
  • develop individualized curriculum and plans
  • coordinate with special-needs providers
  • maintain records
  • facilitate parent meetings and socialization activities
  • liaise with staff, parents, and community services.
