What you'll do

• Clean grounds, pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity and dumpster areas
• remove litter
• water plants and remove weeds
• clean and sanitize common areas
• prepare vacant apartments
• assist with inspections, painting, and minor repairs
• respond to resident inquiries.
