What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate learning staff
• prioritize workloads and review instructional design
• assess capability gaps with operations and corporate leaders
• design and deliver technical, operational, safety, compliance, and employee-development training
• partner on safety and NERC-related learning
• coordinate vendors and learning technologies
• establish training processes and measure effectiveness.
