What you'll do

• Process client payrolls from beginning to end using iSolved HCM
• review and audit payroll data
• manage employee changes and maintenance
• maintain earnings, deductions, taxes, and direct deposits
• review payroll registers, pre-process reports, and exceptions
• process regular, bonus, supplemental, correction, and off-cycle payrolls
• assist with timekeeping, timecard approvals, PTO, and accruals
• process garnishments and deductions
• troubleshoot discrepancies
• assist with iSolved and Employee Self-Service questions
• research payroll tax notices and account discrepancies
• maintain client records and documentation
• communicate about deadlines and missing information
• assist with quarterly and year-end payroll responsibilities
• stay current on regulations and system updates
• collaborate with payroll, accounting, tax, and financial services teams.
