Shift Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, property structures, guest rooms, and grounds.
• Complete room calls and projects involving preventive maintenance, air-conditioning, electrical and plumbing work, roof repairs, pool and spa maintenance, and chiller maintenance.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies, conduct property rounds, maintain equipment and work areas, handle elevator malfunctions, and report unsafe conditions.
