Supported Living Coach (SLC) needed for a female and male consumer living in the same home in the Wesley Chapel area. SLC will work alongside Behavioral Analysts, Personal Supports, and Vocational Rehabilitation Employment Coaches to assist consumers with developing and maintaining independent living skills.
