What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs
• maintain material logs and project reports
• handle correspondence
• review shop drawings and submittals for suitability
• track change orders and Requests for Information
• collect, verify, and distribute as-builts
• read blueprints
• prepare closeout documentation.
