What you'll do

• Manage Systems Engineers, Lead Installers, Installation Technicians, and support personnel
• coach and develop employees
• plan workforce schedules and utilization
• coordinate labor with Project Managers
• ensure teams have tools, equipment, PPE, technology, vehicles, and uniforms
• oversee onboarding and field readiness
• maintain safety and customer-site compliance
• monitor operational performance indicators and drive improvement initiatives.
