Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

The Pain Management Nurse Practitioner role is onsite in Smithtown, NY, with travel between multiple practice locations required. Compensation is $130,000–$210,000 per year. Groth Pain & Spine is a multidisciplinary pain management practice focused on whole-patient care. The nurse practitioner evaluates and treats patients with acute, chronic, and post-surgical pain, develops individualized treatment plans, and coordinates multimodal care with physicians and other specialists. The role contributes to patient care through procedures, medication management, referrals, and ongoing therapeutic relationships.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic pain conditions
• perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans
• administer trigger point, Botox, and joint injections
• prescribe medications
• coordinate physical and occupational therapy, home exercise programs, and minimally invasive interventions
• facilitate referrals and coordinate care with physicians and specialists.
