• Manage transportation and roadway engineering projects
• oversee design completeness and accuracy
• coordinate project design elements and technical teams
• prepare plans, specifications, estimates, proposals, reports, scopes, budgets, and schedules
• monitor milestones and project status
• coordinate internal disciplines
• resolve contract and project issues with clients and contractors
• support marketing and business-development pursuits.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, at least 12 years of experience, FHWA-funded project experience, and Puerto Rico Professional Engineer licensure or ability to obtain licensure in other states. Active CIAPR membership is required.
