What you'll do

• Develop and maintain standardized job descriptions
• conduct market analysis and benchmark roles
• develop a job-leveling framework
• identify and escalate potential FLSA classification questions
• recommend compensation strategy
• support annual compensation planning and guidance on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments
• manage benefits plans, vendors, brokers, and renewals
• lead open enrollment
• oversee leave programs and workers’ compensation coordination
• support benefits compliance
• educate employees and resolve escalated inquiries
• lead or support HR projects
• prepare compensation and benefits reporting and analysis
• maintain confidentiality.
