What you'll do

• Produce and maintain work schedules, direct daily activities, maintain food production safety and quality, ensure safe storage of food items, maintain serving schedules, maintain a sanitary department, maintain accurate inventory, supervise and evaluate employees, train/mentor food service workers, maintain equipment maintenance logs, ensure food safety/temperature logs are completed, perform preventative maintenance, and perform cashier duties as needed.
