The Clinical Fellowship Year Speech-Language Pathologist role is onsite at Bedford Hills Center in Bedford, New Hampshire. Pay is $35–$42 per hour. Post Rehabilitation Services provides personalized care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Under mentor supervision, the clinical fellow evaluates and treats communication and swallowing disorders while completing fellowship training. The role supports residents’ communication, cognition, swallowing safety, and independence, while building the clinician’s skills toward independent practice and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders under mentor supervision
• create and implement individualized treatment plans
• set goals and educate patients
• counsel patients and families
• document visits with mentor review
• gain exposure to FEES and standardized assessments.
