What you'll do

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance
• schedule vendors and contractors for repairs and emergencies outside routine scope
• maintain service schedules and records
• perform minor carpentry, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, mechanical, painting, and flooring repairs when permits are not required
• complete work orders
• inspect mechanical systems and common areas
• monitor and adjust building controls
• maintain equipment
• follow safety procedures
• respond to emergency maintenance requests.
