Materials Lead

The Materials Lead is an onsite, full-time position in East Berlin, CT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour. The role supports warehouse and materials operations that keep production running smoothly. This hands-on lead helps coordinate receiving, shipping, kitting, and inventory work so materials move accurately and efficiently in support of production schedules and customer deliveries.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, document, and put away incoming materials
• pick, pack, stage, and coordinate outbound shipments
• build kits to production schedules and bills of materials
• support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• coordinate daily priorities and provide team guidance and training.
