Operations Manager, Business Operations

Job overview

The Operations Manager, Business Operations role is onsite in Menlo Park, CA, with pay of $70–$77 per hour. The role provides coverage during a planned leave and supports SD Ops, the central conduit for business operations across GSD, including site selection and enablement for data-center capacity needs. The position keeps approval processes on cadence, supports implementation and testing of a portfolio management tool, and sustains leadership reporting and communications. It coordinates stakeholders, maintains accurate operational information, and improves processes so approvals and related workstreams continue reliably.

What you'll do

• Run the weekly approval cadence, including intake, materials preparation, pre-read routing, tracking, and follow-through
• quality-check approval decks and submissions
• maintain the approvals tracker
• coordinate cross-functional sign-offs
• support live deal reviews
• maintain process documentation
• lead business-side implementation and testing of a portfolio management platform
• define and test requirements, validate data, support access administration, and run user testing
• prepare leadership communications and reporting
• document workflows, identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, and coordinate change adoption and training.
