What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• conduct interior and exterior walkthroughs
• identify maintenance, safety, and appearance concerns
• complete preventive maintenance and inspections
• monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, access systems, and other equipment
• report issues requiring additional support
• maintain building appearance and grounds
• support snow and ice removal in non-contracted areas when needed
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• document work and follow up
• assist with renovations, installations, equipment replacements, room preparation, moves, and facility projects.

Why this role
