What you'll do

• Support daily center operations and school policies
• monitor attendance, health and safety, classroom operations, and documentation
• coordinate staff schedules and classroom coverage
• assist with staff supervision, onboarding, training, and records
• maintain licensing and regulatory compliance
• support inspections and reporting
• communicate with families
• collaborate with teachers, nurses, and service providers
• assist with classroom instruction and routines
• and provide classroom coverage or student personal care when needed.
