Retail Service Manager

The Retail Service Manager role is onsite in Lady Lake, FL. Pay is $60,000–$65,000 per year. Boulevard Tire provides tire products and automotive services to retail and commercial customers. The manager leads service operations and a team of mechanics and technicians, coordinating customer work, fleet schedules, and vehicle maintenance to support timely, quality service and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Develop and direct mechanics and service technicians
• create fleet service schedules
• handle and log service calls
• support phone sales and walk-in customers
• create work orders for service calls and deliveries
• schedule maintenance and inspect fleet service vehicles
• maintain tools, equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards
• maintain team ASE certifications.
