Job overview

The Project Manager works onsite at the Euclid, Ohio facility and is full time. Compensation is $105,000–$130,000 per year. Elmet Technologies manufactures precision-engineered products for aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and energy industries; this role supports the facility’s operational excellence and improvement initiatives. The Project Manager leads cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and closeout. By coordinating teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources, the role helps deliver capital investments, facility upgrades, manufacturing improvements, and strategic initiatives safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Lead projects from planning through execution, startup, and closeout
• develop scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk assessments, and documentation
• manage capital equipment installations, facility improvements, and manufacturing optimization
• coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• monitor performance and mitigate risks
• report progress to operations and executive leadership
• and support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
