What you'll do
- Develop semester action plans tied to student transition goals
- provide one-to-one coaching in higher education and independent living
- support executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, and scheduling
- identify barriers and problem-solve with students and college staff
- advocate for student needs
- document and evaluate progress
- communicate with referring agencies and the program manager
- help students navigate online learning platforms
- support assistive technology use when applicable
- attend transition-related conferences and represent transition services when requested.
