The Manufacturing Design, Manufacture & Construct (DMC) Project Manager role is onsite in Bessemer, AL; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout
• manage safety, quality, budget, and schedule
• communicate with clients and manage expectations
• coordinate design, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and field teams
• manage subcontractors and stakeholders
• oversee project financials, forecasting, change management, and reporting
• support estimating and cost models
• launch programs with schedules and deliverables
• identify risks and opportunities
• ensure closeout
• mentor assistant project managers and team members
• capture lessons learned.
