What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS and vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and NDAs
• advise leadership and business teams on legal risk and practical options
• research legal questions and provide actionable guidance
• handle employment and privacy questions depending on the company
• monitor regulatory requirements and support compliance programs
• support corporate governance and entity management
• create contract templates, playbooks, and internal policies
• identify and manage potential disputes with outside counsel
• support financings and acquisitions.
