What you'll do

• Investigate escalated telematics and electronic-system support cases
• troubleshoot electrical systems, communication networks, embedded controllers, and connected equipment
• interpret schematics and system documentation
• analyze system data and logs
• troubleshoot J1939, Ethernet, and Modbus issues
• reproduce issues with test equipment
• escalate complex cases
• document findings and corrective actions
• communicate with stakeholders
• and support continuous improvement.
