Corporate Development Manager

The role owns planning processes, coordinates implementation of the Prophix financial planning platform, and supports M&A and capital markets activity while working across finance, operations, IT, and senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Support M&A diligence and execution, including financial modeling, target analysis, data room management, and coordination with advisors
• build acquisition and return models
• assist with capital markets activity
• manage budgeting and forecasting
• develop CAPEX business cases
• coordinate Prophix implementation
• maintain the integrated financial model and monthly reporting package
• and support quarterly board materials.
