Tax and Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• assist with US GAAP compliance, pension disclosures, and insurance renewals
• prepare quarterly and year-end tax provisions and disclosures
• coordinate external tax consultants and filings
• maintain transfer-pricing documentation
• support tax strategy, accounting policies, and internal controls
• prepare impairment analyses and management reports
• coordinate with auditors and complete special projects.
