What you'll do

• Lead and supervise HR operations
• develop personnel policies and maintain the employee handbook
• recruit and screen applicants
• administer benefits and retirement plans
• oversee compensation and performance evaluation programs
• participate in collective bargaining
• investigate alleged discrimination, assault, and harassment
• coordinate Title IX policies, training, and Clery/Title IX Task Force work
• address employee relations concerns
• conduct exit interviews and support employee recognition.
