What you'll do
- Conduct onsite surveys of companion and personal care and in-home skilled nursing providers
- assess compliance with accreditation standards
- complete onsite visit summary reports from home
- review initial applications for completeness and standards compliance
- interpret standards and instruct providers
- assist and educate providers on compliance issues.
