Residential Security Technician

Job overview

The Residential Security Technician role is onsite in Dublin, California. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour. BRAVAS designs and delivers luxury home technology solutions, and this role helps provide clients with secure, connected home environments. The technician installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains residential security and smart home systems. The role coordinates with project managers, team members, and clients to complete quality installations and service visits, document system work, and ensure systems are tested and functioning.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain intrusion alarms, surveillance cameras, access control, and automation components
• document configurations and service work
• follow safety standards, electrical codes, and security regulations
• coordinate with team members, project managers, and clients
• identify installation challenges
• test systems and maintain tools and parts readiness.
