What you'll do

• Understand and execute Banquet Event Orders
• help oversee event logistics
• lead a team responding to guest and client requests
• prepare room layouts and move tables and chairs
• ensure food service runs smoothly and food meets requests
• monitor buffet setup and service or plated food temperature and order accuracy
• perform billing after events
• maintain required public spaces
• assist with training, supplies, and support.
