Job overview
The Project Manager, Data Operations and Technology (DOT) role is hybrid in Boston, MA, with at least two designated days per week in the Boston office and remote work on other days. The project manager leads technical and data-management projects from planning through delivery, coordinating teams, resources, risks, and dependencies. The role helps CHIA deliver projects effectively and supports clear communication among clients, agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Manage complex projects and defined workstreams
- assess technical feasibility and align timelines with delivery teams
- lead software development and data-management projects
- coordinate resources, risks, issues, dependencies, impact analyses, and contingency plans
- serve as a liaison for clients, stakeholders, sister agencies, and internal teams
- facilitate meetings
- prepare project documentation and status updates
- support project-management best practices.
