What you'll do

• Administer Paylocity HRIS configuration, access roles, workflows, and business rules
• troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors
• support connected payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems
• test and communicate system releases
• maintain employee data and conduct audits
• monitor integrations and resolve errors
• build and distribute standard and ad hoc reports
• prepare data for audits and executive reporting
• document processes
• recommend automation and system improvements
• support implementations, upgrades, data migration, testing, and user training
• support privacy, security, and access controls.
