The busser clears and resets tables and supports servers so the dining room can turn over smoothly during busy shifts. The work contributes to guest service by keeping tables, service stations, and surrounding areas clean and ready for the next seating.

What you'll do

• Clear dishes, glassware, and silverware after guests depart
• sanitize and reset tables, chairs, and booths
• sweep floors
• restock server side stations with ice, water pitchers, and polished silverware
• pre-bus active tables and empty dining room trash bins.
