Service Delivery Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate customer orders through intake, picking, packing, quality control, shipping, and final confirmation. Review quantities, packaging, labeling, documentation, and shipping details
• monitor order status and coordinate resolution or escalation of delays
• conduct or coordinate quality checks and document exceptions and corrective actions
• partner with warehouse personnel and Project Management to prioritize work
• provide status updates, shipment confirmations, and tracking information
• maintain records
• and recommend process improvements. Typical hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional work outside normal business hours based on operational needs.
