What you'll do

• Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• supervise kitchen staff and coordinate staffing with the General Manager
• ensure food follows established recipes and procedures
• manage inventory and order supplies
• ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• train and support kitchen staff
• maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, preparation, refrigerator, walk-in, freezer, and pantry areas
• ensure kitchen equipment is used and operating properly.
