Field Service Technician — Residential Community Maintenance

What you'll do

• Respond to reactive maintenance requests within assigned service timelines
• diagnose issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• complete work orders with labor, materials, photos, and notes
• identify scope changes and escalate as directed
• perform inspections and preventive maintenance
• document findings and flag deferred maintenance
• coordinate with approved trade partners and verify work quality
• maintain timekeeping and work order records
• follow safety protocols and communicate job updates to managers and residents.
