What you'll do

• Assist with quality-management-system policies and procedures and corrective actions
• prepare reports, tracking logs, and status updates
• receive, organize, verify, store, process, and return customer products
• issue return labels, authorizations, credits, and replacement requests
• prepare customer recall notifications
• maintain accurate records
• reconcile recalled-product returns
• communicate containment instructions
• track recall metrics and support audit readiness.
