What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and facilitate departmental Process Improvement Champions
• optimize workflows and handoffs across Sales, Development, Operations, Safety, Measurement & Verification, and supporting teams
• organize workshops, value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and rapid improvement initiatives
• evolve the process library, tools, and document management standards
• identify and implement improvement, automation, and digital integration opportunities
• define, track, and report process and cross-functional performance indicators
• ensure improvements adhere to ESPC performance guarantees, IPMVP standards, regulatory requirements, and financing covenants.
