What you'll do

• Create and manage marketing materials and digital content
• support website and social media activity
• produce photos and short-form videos
• manage trade shows, conferences, customer events, logistics, and follow-up
• travel to events in the U.S., Canada, and Europe
• support proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales tools
• maintain customer, prospect, and opportunity information in the CRM
• conduct market research
• create and execute email campaigns
• support customer communication, onboarding, and implementation.
