What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• create BRDs, process flows, use cases, and test cases
• serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• lead small projects or workstreams
• facilitate meetings with internal teams and vendors
• support system testing and IQ/OQ/PQ validation
• conduct usability testing and provide end-user training
• support transition to operations and post-implementation
• lead process improvement initiatives
• develop test plans and UAT scenarios
• manage defect resolution and go-live documentation.
