Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager role is onsite in Springfield, OH. Compensation is $135,000–$155,000 per year. Electra is developing the EL9 hybrid-electric aircraft, designed for short takeoff and landing and more direct regional travel. The manager owns supplier relationships from sourcing and competitive bids through contract execution and performance management. The role coordinates engineering, operations, program leadership, and suppliers to support the aerospace development program and mitigate supply-chain risks.

What you'll do

• Lead RFI/RFP and Master Supply Agreement processes, supplier development, evaluations, source selection, and negotiations
• serve as liaison between internal teams and suppliers
• conduct supplier audits and performance measurements
• coordinate supplier quality and corrective actions
• identify supply-chain risks and mitigation plans
• manage supplier on-time delivery performance as the program scales.

Requires 10+ years of supply chain management experience in heavy industrial environments and 5+ years of applicable aerospace or aircraft procurement experience. U.S. Person status is required. The role may be subject to ITAR requirements.
