What you'll do

• Lead execution of approved asset business plans
• hold property management teams and operating partners accountable
• evaluate capital improvements and value-add programs
• visit properties
• analyze property-level operating and financial performance
• manage budgeting, variance, reforecast, and scenario analyses
• prepare performance updates and recommendations
• support acquisition due diligence and transitions
• monitor debt covenants, maturities, and interest-rate exposure.
