Part-Time Maintenance Assistant

The Part-Time Maintenance Assistant role is onsite in Oshkosh, WI, with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform scheduled safety inspections and weekly walkthroughs of high-risk areas
• complete Life Safety and preventive maintenance tasks and documentation
• conduct daily rounds and prioritize work orders
• maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
• make routine repairs and adjustments
• check lights, temperatures, circuit breakers, nurse call systems, and refrigeration equipment
• keep grounds clear of debris.
