What you'll do

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical unit
• communicate changes in patient status, diagnostic results, and symptoms to physicians, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary team members
• respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response
• perform general nursing duties across departments under appropriate supervision. May serve as shift Charge Nurse and assign care based on staff skills and patient acuity.

Why this role
